Communication Line, Electricity Cut Off as Typhoon Ruby Hit Samar, Philippines

Typhoon Ruby (Hagupit) landed in Samar.

Several areas in the Philippines specially in Eastern Samar experienced block out or power out and no communication. Electricity power and communication were cut-off in Samar and in Cebu north. 

Massive evacuation were made by LGUs in different place in the Philippines as Typhoon Ruby battered the country. Strong rain and strong wind was experienced by residents in the Dolores, Eastern Samar who was being caught direct hit by Hagupit.
