Plane carrying government officials skids off Tacloban runway. Among the passengers of the plane were Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa, Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr, Metro Manila Development Authority Chairman Francis Tolentino, former Armed Forces of the Philippines chief of staff Emmanuel Bautista.
