Dalawang Online Seller, Inireklamo ang Pulis na Kinumpiska ang Panindang Cellphone Nila
These days, many people are turning to online selling to make a profit. Yet even though it is convenient, online selling also has its complications. Recently, two online sellers sought the help of Raffy Tulfo to complain about a cop.
Golden Jane Mahubay and Joy Guadalupe came all the way from Boracay just to ask help in "Wanted sa Radyo."
During the interview, they claimed that they are selling brand-new mobile phones that they have bought in Manila. They posted it on social media, and PO3 Teddy Dalisay volunteered to buy all eight units.
However, much to their surprise, their meet-up turned to be an entrapment operation. Instead of paying them, the police officer confiscated the cellphone and accused the sellers of selling without the mayor's permit. For the meantime, all of the mobile phones were kept in the police station.
Furthermore, PO3 Dalisay also claimed that they are tightening security in Boracay because of the rampant misdeeds. The sellers' mobile phones raised a red flag since the police thought it might come from stolen belongings.
According to the two complainants, they have proof that the cellphones were indeed purchased in Manila under their name. If they have proof, PO3 Dalisay and his superior claimed that they can retrieve the mobile phones anytime.
Do you think these two online sellers will still retrieve their phones? Or will things turn out differently? Catch the rest of the story below in this video:
