That being said, it is no wonder why the actress sometimes pushes herself too hard. Since most of her scenes require a strenuous stunt, it is common for Angel to have a bruise or a little scratch every now and then.

Earlier this week, the Kapamilya star became the talk of the town on social media after posting a photo. On Instagram, the 34-year-old actress shared a photo of her face.

However, what caught the eyes of the netizens is the big bruise just beneath her eye. In addition to that, Angel also had a small mark on her mouth.

"50 Shades of Black under my eye, na sinubukan kong i-mowdel. Any helpful tips on how to get rid of a black eye quickly, aside from vitamin C, arnica, & ice? I’m proud of my battle scars but this girl gotta work. PS. I was not abused. Thank you!"

Her first update had no revealing caption, hence why many of her fans were startled. Most of them wanted to find out how Angel sustained her injur1es in the face.

In another update, Angel shared a closer look on her face. This time, the actress finally revealed what caused her bruises and marks. Apparently, Angel was attack3d by a dog.

"Ano bang nangyayari sa 'yo ha?! Nakagat pa ng aso!"
