Feelingera nga ba? Julia Barretto, Pinagtawanan Daw Matapos Mag-Audition Bilang Darna

Amidst the search for the next "Darna," many female celebrities have already expressed their interest in playing the Pinay superheroine. Among them is Julia Barretto, who even willingly discussed her epic fail 'audition' for the role.

During the press conference of her upcoming movie, the 21-year-old actress was asked if she's interested in playing the coveted role. In an attempt to humor the reporters, Julia claimed that she already stopped by the station to audition as Darna:

"Actually pumunta ako sa auditions ng Darna kanina, sa office. May mga nakapila nga eh, actually inunahan ko na eh. Pumasok na nga lang ako. Sabi ko 'minsan na nga lang 'to, bahala na."

Furthermore, Julia even claimed that her enthusiasm for the superheroine role went a little too far. She jokingly claimed that she almost took her top off during the audition, but the executive did not buy her antics:

"Hindi nila ako sineryoso. Sabi ko nga 'maghuhubad na po ba ako? "Kasi ready na po ako eh'. So umiikot ikot ako dun, gumaganun-ganun, tinawanan nila ako. Baka ayaw nila."

On the other hand, many fans are excited to watch Julia's upcoming romantic movie this year, "Between Maybes." In this film, the young actress will be teaming up with Kapamilya's matinee idol Gerald Anderson.

Even though the actress was not paired with her reel-to-real lover, Joshua Garcia, many fans are still excited to watch her new project. In fact, the public is thrilled to see how Julia managed to work with a veteran actor like Gerald.
