Marcelito Pomoy, Excited na Na-Meet si Celine Dion sa Las Vegas

Marcelito Pomoy couldn't help but be a "fan boy" after finally meeting his ultimate idol, Celine Dion. The Kapamilya singer met Celine during her 10th and final concert in Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas.

In a Facebook post, Marcelito explained that his friend, Ellen Degeneres, was the one who gave him tickets for Celine Dion's concert. Furthermore, the generous host also shouldered his plane ticket and hotel accommodation. 

Aside from taking a photo together, Marcelito also had the chance to talk and hug the singer! This memorable experience will surely be etched in Marcelito's mind for a long time, who described his experience as a "chance of a lifetime."

In addition to that, Marcelito also described the difficulties he faced just to get a glimpse of the singer. Celine Dion's security was tight, unlike here in the Philippines

"Ibang-iba sa Pinas, doon madaling lapitan. Pwedeng pwedeng hilahin, pwedeng kurutin, pwedeng halikan. Pwedeng magpapicture kahit saan. Dito susuot ka sa butas ng karayom."

Apparently, Celine Dion's security did not allow selfies or videos. Upon entering her dressing room, the fan is required to surrender all of his belongings outside. Inside, the singer's official photographer will be taking the photo.
