Lalaking may Kapansanan na Niloko Dati, Swinerte sa True Love Niya Ngayon

As the old adage goes, love is blind. For many people, this means looking beyond your partner's imperfections and focusing on their soul. Although this might not work for others, this belief has worked wonders for this couple!

Earlier this week, a one-of-a-kind love story was featured in the documentary show "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho." Thousands of audience nationwide were inspired by the love story of Jojo, who found the girl of his dreams in spite of his condition.

Jojo was born with Treacher Collins syndrome. This rare condition caused him to have deformed eyes, nose, ears, and jaw. Because of this, ever since he was a kid, Jojo grew up shy and withdrawn because of his odd looks.

He fell in love with his schoolmate once, yet sadly, he found out that she was only using him for her schoolwork. This was a big blow to Jojo's already low self-esteem. But little did he know that life was only preparing him for the best.

It did not take long before Jojo met Marisa in school. During their interview, Marisa admitted that she made the first move because she wanted to know more about Jojo. Moreover, his looks also didn't bother her.

"Ang gusto ko kay Marisa friendly siya. Masayahing babae. Gumaan ang loob ko sa kanya. Siya ay mabuting babae. Palangiti at hindi maarte," Jojo remarked, enumerating the admirable qualities of his girlfriend.

Indeed, true love like this only happens once in a lifetime. Many netizens even claimed that Jojo and Marissa are the ultimate examples of 'couple goals.' Check out their heartwarming story below:
