3 inarestong suspek sa Christine Dacera case irerelease na

Iniutos ng Makati Office of the City Prosecutor ang pagpapalaya sa mga hinuli kaugnay sa kaso ni Christine Dacera.

Sa resolusyon ng Makati prosecutor, sinabi nitong "insufficient" ang ipinasang ebidensya para patunayan ang eksaktong dahilan ng pagkamatay ni Christine Dacera.

Iniutos din ng Makati Office of the City Prosecutor ang pagpapalaya sa mga hinuli kaugnay sa Dacera case.

"At this point, the pieces of evidence so far submitted are insufficient to establish that she was sexually assulted or raped. And, if sexual assault/rape was committed, who is/are the person/s responsible," base sa tatlong pahinang resolusyon.

Panoorin ang sitwasyon sa Makati Police Station kung saan irerelease na ang tatlong inarestong suspek sa Dacera case matapos magpasya ang Office of the City Prosecutor ng Makati na i-refer for further investigation ang reklamo.
