5-Minute Girl is Christine Villamora Estepa in Viral Video Altercation with MMDA

Christine Villamora-Estepa arguing MMDA personnel which video has gone viral and trending online after their altercation was caught on camera and uploaded online. Christine and MMDA video garnered over 10 million views in less than a day.

Her Side: Christine Estepa refuses to surrender her license and she has asked the rules of towing. She even said that "where is her 5 minutes (allowance)" before they tow the her car.

If a vehicle is illegally parked and there's no driver, the enforcers will wait a certain amount of time before calling in a tow truck to take away the vehicle.

If the driver arrives in time, they'll be asked to hand over their license so a ticket can be issued and then they're told to move the vehicle.

There's two reasons for asking to see the license:

1) To ensure the ticket is issued to the correct person
