MANILA, Philippines – Classes have been suspended in several areas for today, October 30, 2018 (Tuesday) due to bad weather condition brought by Typhoon Rosita (international name: Yutu).




In the severe weather bulletin released at 11:00 pm on Monday, state weather bureau PAGASA said that Typhoon Rosita maintains its strength and poses serious threat over Southern Isabela - Northern Aurora
