4Ps beneficiary’s son tops Naval Architect, Marine Engineer board exam

MANILA, Philippines – The son of a Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiary served as an inspiration to many as he topped the recent Naval Architect and Marine Engineer Licensure Exam.

21-year-old Joseph Vincent Satura who graduated as cum laude from the University of Cebu (UC) scored an impressive 92.20 in the board exam.
