MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police (PNP) fined 15 mall security guards Php10,000 each after they were found wearing Christmas costumes while on duty. The move has gained flak from netizens who called the cops as spoilsports, saying that this is Christmas season and everyone can wear costumes if they wanted.
