In the past, we have witnessed many heartbreaking cases of employees who are being taken advantaged of by their companies. Fortunately, Raffy Tulfo is there to set things right and fight for the rights of the working masses.

Once again, 'Action Man' has resolved the issue of underpaid workers. Earlier this week, eight security guards went to Raffy Tulfo to reveal the wrongdoings of their company.

According to the workers, they are employees of SJM Security Agency. However, in spite of risking their lives while working as security guards, they are severely underpaid.

During their interview, the security guards revealed that they are earning below the minimum wage. In addition to that, their employers at SJM Security Agency failed to give them their due benefits like Philhealth, SSS, and Pag-Ibig.

They also reported that they work twelve-hours straight shift every day. However, that's just the tip of the iceberg. What really ground Raffy Tulfo's gear is when the security guards revealed that they are being hired despite having no license.

In order to get the side of the company, Raffy Tulfo talked with Jun Guarin, a representative of SJM Security Agency.

During their discussion, Guarin promised to settle the matter immediately with their employee. For assurance, Raffy Tulfo's team accompanied them in the police station.

While negotiating, both sides discussed their conditions in the presence of Col. Jaime Santos of SOSIA.
