Overseas Filipino workers go abroad in order to provide for their family. But for this OFW, the tables have been turned. Instead of sending money to his family in the Philippines, they are the ones sending money to him in Kuwait! For many years now, this has been the set-up of Rizal Anico.

According to his daughter, Rizel, his father left the country when she was just five years old. Ever since he has not set foot in his hometown. This year marks his 22nd year in Kuwait, but after all this time, Rizel's mother is still hoping to see him come home.

"Lagi niya pong sinasabi sa amin, 'Uuwi ako.' Kailangan daw po ng pang-ticket, kailangan daw po nung sa mga bagahe. Kailangan padalhan daw po sya ng pera. Sa kagustuhan po namin na makita sya, nagpapadala po ang mga kapatid ko sa Canada."

Apparently, this is not the first time that this happened. In the past few years, their father has contacted them to ask for money for his fare. However, once they have sent the money, his father will fall out of contact.

During their interview on "Wanted sa Radyo," Raffy Tulfo asked the OFW if he already has a family in Kuwait. For so long, this has also been the hunch of his daughter and they just want him to tell the truth. However, it seems like he is avoiding all the questions.

In the middle of their confrontation, Rizal was always dodging the questions of his daughter. According to him, he plans on coming home next week, but his daughter Rizel won't buy any more of his lies.
