Naputulan ng Daliri ang Empleyadong ito Dahil Umano sa Kapabayaan ng Kanyang Amo

Earlier this week, an employee from Balintawak sought the assistance of Ben Tulfo in "Bitag." After a major mishap at work, Rowel Emplano complained because of the lacking response of his employer, Cindy Ignacio.

During the interview, Rowel revealed that he is working in a meat stall for eight months now. Because of the nature of their work, an accident is just waiting in the corner. On April 5, while fixing the grinder, Rowel accidentally stuck his finger in the meat grinder.

At the same time, his employer accidentally turned the machine on. As a result, two of Rowel's fingers were severed. Despite this being an emergency, the employer failed to respond appropriately.

In most cases, when accidents happen at the workplace, the company or employer is responsible for the well-being of the people involved. However, in Rowel's case, his employer failed to pay him his due. This prompted him to seek help from the renowned announcer.

The program contacted the Social Security System for its take on this matter. Apparently, Rowel's employer Cindy Ignacio can be apprehended because she failed to pay Rowel's contributions in SSS. In addition to that, Cindy also failed to declare most of her employees to the agency.

How do you think will this end? Will Rowel finally get his compensation? Or will his employer get the last laugh?
