Yakap Lang ang Gusto ng Audience na ito, Ngunit Mas Bongga Pa ang Regalo ni Vice


The noontime variety program "It's Showtime" is one of ABS-CBN's longest-running show. It aired on 2009, and since then, have gone through a variety of changes. But one thing never changed: "It's Showtime" still brings joy and entertainment to the madlang pipol.

Now, 10 years later, this show has taken its game to the next level. Aside from providing entertainment, "It's Showtime" have also brought charity to the table. In fact, in the years that it has been airing, the noontime show has helped many people.

And we're not just talking about the cash prizes they give away. In case you don't know it, this show also provides scholarships to their chosen madlang pipol. During a recent episode, host Vice Ganda once again gave a scholarship grant to a deserving audience.


During the segment "Tawag ng Tanghalan," Vice Ganda noticed a female audience named Tine who was holding up a sign. The audience claimed that it was her birthday and she wanted to have a chance to hug Vice. But little did she know that the comedian has a surprise for her.

Tine narrated her struggles as a 22-year-old working student. According to her, she's only starting her journey as a first-year student. Her story moved the host, who decided to make her one of the show's scholars.

As you can imagine, Vice's surprise has left the lucky audience in tears! Tine only wanted a hug, but in the end, she ended up getting more than what she bargained for. Way to go, Tine!
