Dating 'Luv U' Star, Iniwan ang Showbiz Upang Maging Doktora

Do you still remember the teen series 'Luv U'? This Kapamilya show aired way back in 2012 and featured talented teen stars. The comedy series portrays the colorful lives of friends played by Miles Ocampo, Kiray Celis, CJ Navato, Igi Boy Flores, Rhap Salazar, Angeli Gonzales.

In 2016, the show finally aired its last episode. Most of the teen casts went on with their next projects. While most of them stayed in the showbiz industry, some of them choose to deviate from another path.

Among those who find another calling is Kaye Angeli Gonzales. Instead of pursuing her showbiz career, this former teen star decided to focus on her studies. And just this year, Angeli finally finished her studies in medicine!

Angeli On Instagram, Angeli shared her success. Some fans asked what made her change path, and Angeli was more than happy to share her inspiring story:

"Every show I worked with understood that I had dreams outside of showbiz at lahat talaga sila inintindi kapag kailangan late calltime ko kasi may pasok ako or kapag kailangan early pack-up ako kasi may exams ako the next day. Thank you to all the people I’ve worked with before."

Time flies so fast! Who would have thought that a former teen star will now be a licensed doctor? Angeli might have had a change of career, but her family and fans still support her endeavors.
