Eddie Garcia, 90, pumanaw na

MANILA, Philippines — Binawian na ng buhay ang beteranong aktor na si Eddie Garcia, Huwebes, ayon sa medical bulletin ng Makati Medical Center.

Namatay si Garcia ganap na 4:55 p.m. ngayong araw habang naka-comatose. Siya'y 90-anyos.

Nagtamo ng severe cervical fracture, o bali sa leeg, ang aktor buhat ng aksidente sa taping ng GMA-7 show na "Rosang Agimat."

"We join the entire Filipino community in praying for the soul of Mr. Garcia and his dearly beloved family and friends. We extend our deepest condolences to the Garcia Family," sabi ni Dr. Artemio Cabrera Salvador, division head ng patient relations department - quality management division.
