Natupad ang Pangarap ng PWD na ito Matapos Sorpresahin ni Idol Raffy

Dreams do not take overnight. Czar Joseph Gumban knows this too well. The 21-year-old man from Novaliches, Quezon City is determined to reach his dreams in spite of his disability. Joseph was born with an aut1sm spectrum disorder, but he did not let this get in the way of his goals.

To help his family, Joseph sells finger foods by the side of the road. It's not easy, but Joseph chooses to sacrifice because he as a goal in mind: to study.

Joseph also happens to be a big fan of renowned broadcaster Raffy Tulfo. According to Joseph, he often watches the video of the 'Action Man' on Youtube. Just like most fans, Joseph also wanted to see his idol in person, and his wish was granted!

Earlier this week, Joseph, together with his mother, Salvacion Macahillas, decided to pay a visit to Raffy Tulfo. They traveled all the way from Novaliches to Raffy's office in Mandaluyong just to see the 'Action Man.'

As always, Raffy was delighted to meet a fan. Joseph was also ecstatic to finally see his idol in person! He also brought some of the finger foods he sells, and to help him, Raffy Tulfo bought all of his products!

But Raffy's help did not end there. Aside from buying all of his products, the 'Action Man' also had another surprise for his biggest fan. Joseph and his mother went down to his office where they were given a brand new cellphone and Php 2,000.
