Defective NVISION Monitor Free Replacement

We were able to have our NVISION 24-inch monitor with garbage display replaced for free.

The defect suddenly showed up after almost three months of daily use for productivity and gaming.

NVISION Philippines admitted in an official statement that the garbage display occurs on the XC24S model. The issue involves the NVISION 24" version 2 (V2) curved gaming monitor with 75Hz refresh rate.

In the statement, the company offered "outright replacement for walk in" clients and a "prepaid freight" to send back replacement units for clients from provinces.

NVISION Philippines said they will replace a defective unit used within 3 months with a brand new one and those used over 3 months will be replaced with a "tested good serviced unit," the appearance of which "may not look new."

They accept outright replacement even without an official receipt and box as long  as the serial code and warranty seal of the defective unit remain intact.

NVISION monitors are among the best performing yet budget-friendly monitors in the market. We hope that the defective XC24S model will be phased out and no longer sold.
