PRC Exam Results: Optometrist (March 2021)

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) reports that 206 out of 234 people passed the Optometrist Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Optometry in Manila in March 2021.

Dr. Bernardita A. Garcia, Chairman, Dr. Irene Christine C. Pelio, and Dr. Mario T. Flores, Jr. are members of the Board of Optometry.

The results were available twenty-two (22) working days after the last day of testing.

Registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online from March 14 - 18 and March 21, 2022. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow the registration instructions.

Those wishing to register must bring the following items: a duly completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, a notice of admission (for identification only), two passport-sized photographs (colored with a white background and a complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps, and one short brown envelope.

Examinees who passed the exam should personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Passers will be able to take an oath at a later date and venue, the PRC added.
