Infinix Zero 5G to launch on Shopee for under P10K on March 28

Infinix has announced that Zero 5G will be available in the Philippines on Shopee beginning March 28, 2022, for an introductory price of less than PHP 10,000.

According to Infinix, Zero 5G is its first premier 5G smartphone with higher speeds, seamless connection, faster downloads, and broader coverage.

The Infinix Zero 5G is equipped with a 48MP primary camera with 30x optical zoom, a 13-megapixel portrait camera, and a 2-megapixel virtual camera. Users can capture stunningly high-quality images from a great distance with the 30X 48MP zoom camera. The 960 frames per second (fps) slow-motion capability allows users to capture photos that the human eye cannot usually see. The rear contour drop camera is integrated into the device's curve, creating an ergonomic design that is friendly to the palm and a departure from the harsher right-angle positioning of traditional camera modules.

Additional key features of Infinix's ZERO 5G Series include the following:

5000mAh battery and 33W quick charge: The 5000mAh battery provides all-day battery life and can be quickly recharged via TÃœV Rheinland-certified safe fast-charge technology, allowing the smartphone to last 9.4 hours of gaming (testing data provided by Infinix lab).

UFS 3.1 ROM and LPDDR5 RAM: LPDDR5 introduces a new speed level for Zero 5G, enhancing memory performance and lowering power consumption. The storage system is based on UFS 3.1, which doubles sequential read performance and speeds up downloads.

Dar-Link 2.0: The software optimizes the image stability and the touch control sensitivity using an AI algorithm while also lowering the device's temperature to deliver a fully immersive gaming experience.

XArena: Enhances the gaming experience by combining multiple applications into a single zone. The Quick settings allow players to focus on their match by blocking messages and incoming calls.

Android XOS 10: Infinix Zero 5G smartphone's XOS 10 software (based on Android 11) includes an upgraded interface, artificial intelligence (AI) voice assistant, smart assistant, phone cloner 2.0, and document (doc) correction.

Uni-Curve design: The Infinix Zero 5G's softly curved back is composed of a composite material that mimics the look-and-feel of glass, resulting in a more comfortable device to hold while still feeling premium.

"It [Infinix Zero 5G] is more affordable than most of the currently available 5G devices in the market and packed with powerful specs for gaming, entertainment, or productivity," said Infinix Philippines country manager Cooper Ma.

"Zero 5G is the first of Infinix's affordable 5G offerings for the Philippines. We believe that 5G is a revolutionary technology that can help more people, especially the youth, positively contribute to our digital economy," said Infinix Philippines integrated marketing head Joseph Cernitchez.
