iQOO Z5 has maintained its top position in the mid-range department, with an average Antutu score of 558,179 points. It is equipped with Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset, 5000 mAh battery with support 44W fast charging, and 6.67-inch IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Realme GT Master ranked second, posting an average Antutu score of 541,067 points. It was followed by Mi 11 Lite with 528,995 points.

The following seven smartphones in the rankings are the Huawei Nova 9 (512,894), Mi 11 Lite 5G NE (512,694), Honor 50 (511,174), Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G (503,330), Realme 9 Pro+ (494,464), Galaxy M52 5G (493,997), and Huawei Nova 7 (461,951).

Compared to the January 2022 list, the February 2022 charts are still dominated by Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets.

For several months, no other CPUs in the Android market, particularly in the high-end chipset department, have been able to compete with Snapdragon.

However, MediaTek is looking forward to competing with Qualcomm this year. On March 1, MediaTek unveiled the new Dimensity 8000 series, as well as a slightly upgraded Dimensity 8100, to compete with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 870 and 888. Because MediaTek uses TSMC technology, its products are significantly better in terms of power consumption and reputation than Qualcomm's two chips.
