PRC Exam Results: Real Estate Broker (April 2022)

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) reports that 584 out of 954 takers passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Tacloban in April 2022.

Ofelia C. Binag (inhibited), Chairman; Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag, Members; are the members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination.

The results were made available two (2) business days after the examination.

Registration for the issue of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online from June 17 to June 20, 2022. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and complete the registration procedures. Those who register must bring the following items: downloaded duly completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps, 1 piece short brown envelope, and submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee.

Examinees who pass the exam should physically register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
