A creepy abandoned house is making the rounds on Facebook, with captions linking it to mystery, murder, and even cannibalism. But the real mystery may be the story itself.
Several viral reposts pair the image with gruesome claims, yet fact-check style posts and follow-up shares say the backstory is unverified, with some specifically noting the photo is just an abandoned house image reused with fabricated or exaggerated lore. Some Philippine reposts also say the photo is actually from Detroit, USA, not Quezon as claimed in some versions.
📌𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁:
Hindi ito crime scene.
Walang unsolved mystery.
