In studying 80,000 adults conducted by the Pennsylvania State University, beer has a positive effect on your health by reducing the risk of having a stroke and development of cardiovascular diseases.

Having the comparison of adults who drink and do not drink beer, adults who drink beer moderately live longer than those who do not.

Also, Dr. Tero Hirvonen of the National Public Health Institute of Helsinki, used his detailed inquiry of 27,000 middle-aged men to conclude that "a bottle of beer per day reduces risk of kidney stones by 40%."

Alcohol content of beer can also increase the sensitivity of insulin, which helps to prevent diabetes.

Additionally, beer is a great source of soluble fiber that helps to control blood sugar of people suffering from diabetes.

Beer contains elements that positively affect your bones as well, making them more powerful by reducing the risk of fracturing bones, more than that would raise the risk of breakages.
