IATF Resolution No. 40 Series of 2020: GCQ, MGCQ Areas

Usually, regional level IATF are the ones to craft the guidelines relative to Resolution No. 40 to be adopted by local government units (LGUs).

We received information that apart from the borders being opened for both public and private transportation, hotels and resorts will also be allowed to operate under the MGCQ to pave way for the "new normal."
