Safe Davao QR Registration: Link, Requirements, How To Access
Safe Davao QR (DQR) is the code used by residents and transients to be able to enter and move around Davao city. The link, requirements and instructions on how to access can be found here.

According to the city government, the Safe DQR is "the platform created to help expedite contact tracing and enforce the prohibition on non-essential travel. All residents and non-residents of Davao City shall need their unique and permanent DQR to travel around Davao City. Everyone entering Davao City will need a DQR."
The mandatory use of the code is covered by guidelines under Executive Order (E.O.) 60, Series of 2020, issued by Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte on November 3, 2020.
"E.O. 60 will strictly implement the no QR code, no travel, or no entry policy. The one-time permanent and unique DQR, defined as an electronic contact tracing and travel pass platform, will be implemented as a pass for entry into and travel inside Davao City, provided that such travel is only for goods and accessing essential services or for work and business; as a pass at law enforcement checkpoints and barangay patrols implementing the prohibition on non-essential travel; and as a contact tracing log for entry and exit in all offices and establishments," according to this post on the the Biyaheng DO30 website.

Requirements
Registrants should prepare the following before application:
- a clear photo of your entire face, facing the camera;
- a clear photo of your valid ID or birth certificate (a list of valid IDs is provided below);
- a clear photo of your face beside your valid ID or birth certificate;
- a valid mobile phone number;
- a valid email address.
List of valid IDs
- a. Social Security System (SSS) / Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
- b. Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver’s License. Student Permit may be accepted if in card format.
- c. Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
- d. Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) / Integrated Department of Labor and Employment (iDOLE) card
- e. Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter's ID or Voter's Certification from the Election Officer with Dry Seal
- f. Philippine National Police (PNP) Firearms License
- g. Senior Citizen ID
- h. Airman License (issued August 2016 onwards)
- i. Philippine Postal ID (issued November 2016 onwards)
- j. School ID k. Passport
- l. In the absence of a valid ID, PSA copy of a birth certificate
How to Access
To access the DQR site, a fast internet connection is needed. Recommended browsers for desktop PCs are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and Opera GX. Smartphone users can use Chrome or Opera for registrants with Android devices and Safari or Firefox for owners of iOS devices.
An offline regitration is available for those without internet connection, but you have to go to a police station in Davao City to do it. The offline registration, however, is not encouraged as it is hard to verify and cops may decline to issue a DQR if the applicant is "inconsistent in answering questions or cannot prove that the DQR will be used for essential travel."
Valid DQR holders are allowed to pass through police and military checkpoints, and enter establishments such as terminals, malls, restaurants, hardware stores, and airport among others.
