Imbes na Wedding Ring, Kakaibang Singsing ang Napili ng Bagong Kasal na Ito

A ceremonious part of the wedding is the exchange of rings. This remarkable moment symbolizes the union of the newlywed couple. Because of this, most people invest a lot of money into choosing their wedding ring.

Most of the time, couples tend to choose gold wedding rings. However, this age-old tradition costs a hefty amount, since gold doesn't come cheap. If you're looking for an alternative, then take a look at the ingenious idea of this couple!

These millennial newlyweds thought of a unique idea to replace their wedding rings. Instead of the traditional golden rings, Mimi Miaco and John Paul Rivera decided to opt for a more affordable, yet more special solution.

According to Female Network, the couple decided to get matching tattoos on their ring finger! The tattoo reads 'palagi,' which means always. This only cost them Php 2,500, but the love and commitment they have for one another are priceless.

"And instead of choosing “forever” or “always,” we thought of a Tagalog word that had a good ring to it: “palagi.” My husband always jokes about what palagi meant for him: palaging taga-buhat, palaging taga-abot, and the list goes on! But really, it means always choosing each other."

Aside from their unique wedding rings, Mimi and John Paul also opted for non-conventional wedding rites. Instead of formal long gowns and suits, their entourage wore simple 'pambahay' clothes during their wedding pictorial.
